Hwy 21 South to Elephant Rock State Park - By WingWanders

Until Hillsboro it is 4-lane double highway. Then the 4-lane ends abruptly. Got confused when it did and took two county roads (B & C) that had much more twists and turns than 21. Wondered if Old 21 would have had more twists and turns, but not listed on maps, so didn't attempt.
