Motorcycle Type : Cruiser

I traveled this route in summer, 2012. Hot and muggy. While there are various natural and small town sights along the way, it is hard to stay alert as so much of the route is rather plain. Generally the road is good surface, often 4 lanes, and traffic light. I mention the traffic as most places in the eastern US have traffic on the roads all the time and people at every stop. It's hard to explain, but I felt safer when in the towns. I would prefer it to the interstate because you can travel at a fast or slow speed as you desire.

I've taken this route several times and I can't get enough of it. If you have time, stop in at Fort Robinson and catch a bit of history.
