Half way through the route there is a section of slick surface, very poor for bikes, careful.

I may be bias due to 25yrs of riding the West Coast from Vancouver to San Diego.... however this road should by no means be rated 'a road quality of 5' (maybe a <2.5) - it is twisty for this part of the country but the condition is very bad all the way - tons of bad cracks holes and drop offs. There is about 5km of twists where the pavement is in great shape but does have tons of snakes... this section about 40km south of Tremblanc. It is a fun road for experienced riders on a GS not a GSXR.... If you live in the area by all means this is a reprieve to the mundane straight flat ON roads... but not a destination road...but worth as an added bonus if in the area. Scenery 3.8 Road Quality 2.2 Amenities 4.8 (PQ does this right!)
