I love this route! I tried it last year for the first time and have twice brought other riders with me to try it. If the day is hot, take a dip in Stewart Lake to cool down. If you add Mt. Horeb to New Glarus, the long way to this route, you are in for 60 miles of a very enjoyable ride. The Grumpy Troll in Mt Horeb is a great place for a burger before you start.
