Introducing the McR .03%ers
As most of you know, in 2019 MotorcycleRoads.com went through a major top-to-bottom rebuild - the McR Version 10.0 revamp project. This project was by far the biggest update/revamp since the website was founded way back in 1998. As a free website, the funding needed for the project far exceeded what could be collected through McR's ad revenue so I had to create a GoFundMe campaign and cross my fingers that I could find enough donors to help offset the cost of the project. To make a long story short, about 450 donors stepped up and provided approximately $20,000 for me to get the project started (the average donation was about $42 and there were multiple $500 donations!!). So, these gracious 450 people represent only about .03% of the annual visitors that come to MotorcycleRoads.com hence the title these folks have EARNED and I will be forever grateful to The McR .03%ers!
Note: in addition to the vital financial support these great people gave, they also provided some wonderful inspirational testimonies to the value of McR ... I thank them for those energizing words of encouragement too!
